If you want to become a college lecturer after M.Sc Mathematics then you should have cleared the UGC-National Entrance Test (NET) test.

Eligibility for UGC-National Entrance Test (NET) Test --
You should be Indian citizens
You must be experienced in the field of teaching and should have acquired a Master’s degree in the Mathematics
In order to teach at a university, you are required a PhD.

For applying in Govt colleges, You need to appear in the State Level Eligibility Test and must obtain minimum 50% marks. There will be an interview or a written test conducted at the time of selection of the candidates.

As you have done M.Sc in Maths and want to become lecturer so you have to clear NET exam

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conduct National Eligibility Test (NET)

Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed in Master's Degree or equivalent exam from recognized university with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved category)

Candidates who have appeared or will be appearing in the final year of Master's degree exam can also apply for this test

Age limit:
(i) Junior Research Fellowship:
Not more than 28 years

(ii) Assistant Professor:
There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professor.
