Yes, being an Electronic Engineer you can definitely join Indian AirForce. You can apply for the AFCAT (Airforce Common Admission Test) Exam
AFCAT Exam conducts written test for following posts:

Technical branch
Flying branch
Ground duty branch

AFACT Eligibility according to Branches (Men and women) are given below:

Flying Branch
Candidates must have age between 19 and 23 years to apply in this branch.
Graduates of any discipline/ B.E. / B. Tech can apply for AFCAT if they have scored minimum aggregate of 60% in all subjects.
Minimum height required for candidates is 162.5 cms and weight should be proportionate to this height.

Technical Branch
Age of the applicants to this branch should be in the between of 18 and 28 years.
Technical Branch is sub divided into two wings, Electronics and Mechanical.
Candidates having 4 years B.E./ B. Tech from a recognized institute or having cleared Section A and B of AMIE India/ Aeronautical Society India/ Graduate Membership exam of Institute of Mechanical/ Electronics and Telecom Engineers, can apply.

Minimum height required for males is 157.5 cms, it is 152 cms for females.
Weight of candidates has to be correlated to this height.

Ground Duty Branches
Candidature Qualifications Age limit of Candidates
Graduates 20 years to 23 years
Post Graduates/ LLB 20 years to 25 years
3 years LLB 20 years to 26 years
M. Ed/ Ph D/ CA/ ICWA 20 years to 27 years

In Administrative & Logistics division, Graduation with 60% aggregate marks or Post Graduation/ equivalent with 50% aggregate in any discipline.
In Accounts Branch, B. Com with 50% minimum aggregate or M. Com/ CA/ ICWA with minimum 50% aggregate marks in all subjects.
In Education branch, Post graduation Degree with minimum 50% marks aggregated for all papers is required.

For Ground Duty branch, minimum height required for male candidates is 157.5 cms and for females it is 152 cms with their correlated weight.

IAF has a varied career making course for 10+2, graduates, post graduates and Engineer candidates.

Indian Air force recruitment after the graduation is conducted by the CDS Combined Defense Services which is conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility;

Qualification:

For IMA and OTA:
The aspirants should possess graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.

For INA:
The aspirants must have a degree in Engineering.

For Air Force Academy:
The aspirants should have passed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics and having a degree from a recognized university or bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology.
