Eligibility for RAS and IAS exam

Any buddy, please tell me the Eligibility for RAS and IAS exam………

Indian Administrative Service exam and the RAS is the civil service entrance exam which has been conducted by the UPSC. The selection process of the exam has Preliminary written test, Main entrance exam, Interview sections. The eligibility details are as following:

Eligibility:
You should be passed the bachelor degree from any discipline from any recognized university. And the age must be between the 21 to 30 years.

AGE Relaxation -
5 years for SC/ST candidates
3 years for OBC candidates
5 years for defence service personals
10 years for physically handicapped candidates

Other Eligibility Conditions for IAS Exams
Nationality
The applicant should be:
a citizen of India,
a subject of Nepal,
a subject of Bhutan,
a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before January 1, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Vietnam, Zaire or Zambia with the intention of permanently settling in India.
