Guys, can you tell me the Basic and gross salary of fresher CDSE, IAS and IPS??? The CDSE, IAS and IPS examinations are being conducted by Union Public Service Commission for recruiting young and dynamic officers to look after the prescribed duties. Initially the salary starts at Rs.15, 000 and including other allowances like TA, DA, HRA, it almost reaches Rs.30,000. The salary details are as following: Junior officer : In this you will get the pay of Rs. 15600-39100. Senior Officer : In this you will get the pay of Rs. 15600-39100. Administrative Grade Rs. 15600-39100. Additional Secretary Rs. 37400-67000 grade pay 12000. Secretary/Cabinet Secretary Rs. 80000/90000.
