The Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination Main details are below; IIT JEE Main Eligibility: The applicant should have passed in final examination of class XII or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination. The applicant should have appearing in class XII final or equivalent examination in 2014 may also appear in JEE Mains 2014 examination provisionally. The Candidates must have passed 5 subjects in their Class XII. Not Applicable for students who have passed in 2012 or 2013 with four subjects. The Candidates passed Class XII in 2011 or before are not eligible to appear in JEE Main examination. Only candidates passing in 2012/ 2013 or 2014 are eligible.
