The Civil Services Officers' Institute (CSOI) is a society working for the benefit of officers of Civil Services. The institute was set up in February 1998s and is registered under the Societies Registration Act. The CSOI Society establishes peace and harmony conduct meetings publish journals and periodicals and maintain libraries. Membership Eligibility: Grouf ‘A’ officers of Central Government. All Government of India serving and retired officers at the grade of Deputy Secretary. Membership Fee: Registration Fee Rs.500 + Ser Tax @ 12.36% Non Refundable Admission Fee Rs.20000 + Ser Tax @ 12.36% Non Refundable Security Deposit Rs.5000/- Refundable Subscription Fee: LOCAL (Delhi & NCR) Annual subscription @ Rs 4500/- plus 12.36% Service Tax OUTSTATION (Outside NCR) Annual subscription @ Rs 2250/- plus 12.36% Service Tax Late Fee Charges NIL If payment is made on or before 31 March of the year Preceding the financial year to which it relates Rs. 50/- per month If payment is made on or before 31 June.
