The Western Australia Institute of Public Administration Australia established in 1945. It is a not-for-profit professional association.

IPAA - ACT Division

The Public Sector plays a vital role in the daily lives of all Australians.

Now, the organization, the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) is enhancing the work of the sector throughout the country through a range of far reaching and innovative programs.

IPAA is coordinated by a National Council.

It is a non-political organization with divisions in all Australian states and territories.

The ACT Division is managed by a Council of elected members and an Executive Director.

IPAA ACT promotes excellence and good governance in public administration.

IPAA Membership

Membership of the ACT Division of IPAA is open for those who have a continuing interest or involvement in public administration.

Their members come from 70 Commonwealth and ACT Government agencies and private sector organisations
