pu has not regular course of bca but u can apply as correspondence by submit hard copies of forms in IT department of pu starting from 15 july 2014

As you have good percentage in qualifying exam, there is a possibility for you to secure a seat there in BCA, but it also depends upon cut-off marks which normally goes high. So, you should take your chance there.
Further, you can also look for admission in this course in other universities like: LPU, GNDU, thapar, pec.....etc. Just go-through their website to know about admission process in them.
