The School of International and Public Affairs was established in the year 1946, Merit E. Janow is the dean of it. It offers a traditional two-year Masters (Master of Public Administration or Master of International Affairs), an Executive MPA, an Environmental Science and Policy program.

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
All international students whose native language is NOT English or who have NOT got their undergraduate education in a U.S. college or university must submit scores of English language proficiency, the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). 771-7100 or (877) 863-3456 are the help line numbers for TOEFL, it will prove very useful to you.
