The West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind was established by an Act of the Legislature on March 3, 1870 School for the Blind Admissions Questions and Answers Where is the school located? Are there any age requirements? Is there a tuition charge to attend WVSD&B? Does a child have to be totally blind to attend the school? Are there other criteria for admission to WVSB?
