![]() Here I am providing the information about the project for which you were looking: Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE) The Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE) project is an effort to conduct a detailed genetic characterization of a large panel of human cancer cell lines. This project provides public access analysis and visualization of DNA copy number, mRNA expression, mutation data and more, for 1000 cancer cell lines. This project is collaboration between the Broad Institute and the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research and its Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation. The CCLE provides public access to genomic data, analysis and visualization for about 1000 cell lines. Please note that the CCLE is an ongoing project and some data are not complete yet.
