SSC stands for Staff Selection Commission. It is an Indian organization which recruits staffs for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India. It also recruits for subordinates offices. SSC conducts CGL (Combined Graduate Level) examination to select eligible candidates for numerous posts in ministries, departments, and organizations. Exam Pattern Mode of Examination: CBT (Computer Based Test) Tier 1 Time Duration: 60 Minutes (For VH & Candidates suffering from Cerebral Palsy: 80 minutes) Tier-2 Time Duration: 120 Minutes (For VH/ OH: 160 Minutes) Tier-3 Time Duration: 60 Minutes (For VH/ OH: 80 Minutes) Tier-4 Time Duration: 45 Minutes Important dates: Application Starts: 22nd October 2019 Application Ends: 25th November 2019 (17:00) Last date to making online fee payment: 27th November 2019 Last date to making the fee payment through offline challan: 27th November 2019 Last date for payment through Challan (during working hours of the bank): 29th November 2019 Exam Date (Tier-I CBE): 2nd to 11th March 2020.
