For the online admission all what you have to do is get online to the official webpage of the United States Naval Academy and then click for the admission and then the apply now tag which will take you to the page of online application

United States citizen
Good moral character
At least 17 and not past their 23rd birthday on 1 July
Unmarried
Not pregnant
No dependents
