West Point Grey academy is a co educational, independent, university preparatory school which was founded in 1996 and is situated in Vancouver region of British Columbia, Canada. The academy provides curriculum from Pre- kindergarten to 12th standard. The application for the admission can be submitted by mail with a hardcopy and the required documents or it can be done online. Various points to be kept in mind while applying to the school are given below: DOCUMENTS REQUIRED One recent passport-size photograph (head and shoulders only) Photocopy of applicant’s birth certificate and/or proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status Photocopies of both parents’ and guardians’ proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status Photocopies of report cards from June 2012 and June 2013 Two reference letters in support of the student Application fee of $250 (cheque, money order or bank draft) SPACE AVAILABLE: Academy accepts 8 to 12 students for grade 8. ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENT All students must take a general cognitive test and must write exams in reading comprehension, writing and mathematics. Short-listed students and their families are then invited to an interview at WPGA. After that those who are selected are informed in the first round and after that the later all the students are informed with whatever status they have in the admission.
