HAL Exam eligibility

Hello sir, I would to like take part in Assistant Engineer Recruitment exam which conducted by HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) in near future, so can you tell me that what is eligibility criteria for appearing in HAL Assistant Engineer Recruitment exam?

Eligibility: for HAL Assistant Engineer Recruitment exam candidate should Graduates in Branches of Engineering from any recognized Institution / University with minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate

i have an aggregate of 60.15 in BE (MECHANICAL)..Y M I NOT ELIGIBLE????

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed a bachelor degree of engineering / master degree of science from any recognized university.
Candidates should have 25 years of working experience in relevant field; applicants should have works as general manager / head of electronics / IT in corporate / public sector undertaking.
Age limitation of the Candidates should not be more then 64 years as on 1st February 2014.

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be made on the basis of their performance in interview / experience as per the organization norms.
