Bose Institute was established in the year 1917 by Acharya J. C. Bose. It is a multi-disciplinary research organization. Parimal C. Sen, Ph.D., FNASc, F.A.Sc.T. (Ph.D: University of Calcutta (1977)) is Senior Professor and Head of this institute. His research interest are in Na+ ,K +-ATPase, Ca2+,Mg 2+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase etc. this institute has following facilities in the campus:
