Hi buddy I am looking for Guidelines for Making Subsidy Claims which specifird by National horticulture board would you tell me from where I can get information of it ?

The various schemes administered by National horticulture board are:

(i) Development of Commercial Horticulture through Production and Post Harvest Management of Horticulture Crops
(ii) Capital Investment Subsidy Scheme for construction/ expansion/ modernization of Cold Storages/Storages of Horticulture Products
(iii) Technology Development and Transfer for promotion of Horticulture
(iv) Market Information Scheme for horticulture Crops
(v) Horticulture Promotion Services / Expert Services

The latest details of guidelines as per National horticulture board for its complete scheme are as follows:

1) Procedure for filing applications
Detailed procedure for filing applications for financial assistance under all schemes, keeping shall be as prescribed by the Board of Directors from time to time.

2) Procedure for sanction of financial assistance
Sanction of financial assistance as per approved norms shall be carried out as per the procedure prescribed by the Board of Directors.

3) Date of coming in to force:
The Scheme guidelines effective from 01.04.2014.

4) Eligible Organizations: -
Unless otherwise specified organizations are eligible to get assistance under all the NHB schemes.

5) Pattern of Assistance:
Eligible subsidy amount will be capped at par with amount of term loan. The schemes of NHB and other schemes of MIDH can be claimed only from one scheme for one project. 6) Legal Any dispute will be subject to Jurisdiction of Gurgaon court only
