As you are looking for the examination details of Common Law Admission Test-2013, I am sharing the details for you. The Common Law Admission Test-2013 is conducted by 14 national Law Universities for providing admission to candidates to the UG & Pg courses.

Eligibility:

For UG course:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 with good academic record that is not less than 45% marks from any recognized board in India.

For PG course:
Candidates having 55% marks for un reserved category and 50% for reserved category can apply for the pg courses of the University.

I am sharing the important dates of application submission for participating in the entrance examination. Use it.

The common law admission test (CLAT) is an all India common entrance examination conducted on a rotation basis by 19 national law universities (NLUs) of India.

It is organizes for offering admission into UG and PG degree programs of law. Through this examination, appearing candidate can get admission in various universities in all over India.


CLAT 2020 Exam Dates

Start date of filling application form 1st January 2020
Last date of filling application form Last week of March 2020
Last date of online fee payment Last week of March 2020
Release of admit card Third week of April 2020
CLAT 2020 exam date 10th May 2020
Answer key released date Third week of May 2020
Declaration of result Last week of May 2020
Start date of counselling process First week of June 2020


Eligibility Criteria 2020


One should be Passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of (i) 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved/OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP)/NRI/NRI sponsored categories and (ii) 40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

One appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2020 are also eligible to apply.

One should be below 20 years of age in case of Unreserved/NRI/NRI sponsored categories and below 22 years for SC/ST /OBC/SAP categories as on 01st July 2020.


Scheme of CLAT 2020 Exam for UG Courses

It is a computer-based online exam which composes 5 sections for which aspirants shall be provided 2 hours to finish the exam. Negative marking of 0.25 mark is allotted for incorrect answers.

Section:
English using Comprehension - 40 No. of Questions & 40 Marks
General Knowledge /Current Affairs - 50 No. of Questions & 50 Marks
Elementary Mathematics - 20 No. of Questions & 20 Marks
Legal Aptitude - 50 No. of Questions & 50 Marks
Logical Reasoning - 40 No. of Questions & 40 Marks
