NITIE MBA

I have cleared Diploma in Electronics and now want to do MBA form NITIE. Can I apply for this program at the institute? If I can apply, provide me important dates related to the admission of the program.

The admission in the NITIE is through GATE score and selection is on the basis of GD/PI. Admission dates are in the month of March -April

What is the procedure to get admission into the MBA programme of the NITIE?

Online Application Process Begins

: 14 October 2013

Last date for submitting application through the Online portal

: 17 December 2013

Last date for receiving hard copy of SUMMARY SHEET by post

: 6 January 2014

Group Discussion and Personal Interview

: March 2014

Course Begins

: June 2014

Last Date for entering the CAT score

: 10 days after the CAT result is declared.

Some of the general candidates while applying at the institute are-

Candidates should have Engineering/Technology graduation in any branch with atleast the aggregate of 60% marks (relaxable by 5% in case of SC/ST/PD candidates),

Candidates should undergo the Common Admission Test (CAT 2013) conducted by the IIMs in order to apply for the Programmes.

The Application Fee is Rs.1000 (Rs 500 in case of SC/ST/PD candidates).
