VTU Degree Certificate

Sir, I passed engineering and successfully cleared all the subject of engineering but I didn’t get VTU degree so please tell me that from can I get VTU degree certificate? Can I keep online printout of VTU Degree certificate?

Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) degree certificate is granted to candidates to ensure that they have completed the Engineering, passing all the subjects, successfully. It is the proof of a candidate being an engineer.

VTU degree certificate is allotted to candidates after completing the engineering degree. The certificate is given in the Convocation ceremony of VTU. The Convocation is generally organized in either Feb, March or April.

How To get VTU Degree Certificate:

To get a VTU degree certificate, you have to apply for the degree certificate in the college in 6th or 7th semester.

If you have not applied for the certificate, then you will have to follow the following procedure:

Firstly, you will have to fill the application form for convocation degree certificate and get it signed by Principal.

Secondly, you will have to make a DD from any Syndicate bank, SBI, Canara Bank, Vijaya bank in Favor of “ Finance Officer, VTU Belgaum”.
Note down the DD Number and keep a photocopy of the DD for future use.
You have to write your phone number, Email, and address behind the DD for the proof of identification.

Then you have to submit the DD along with a letter to Registrar requesting for degree certificate mentioning details regarding year of passing engineering, your Name, USN, Phone number, Home address, college name, DD number.
