IIT JEE Format

I want to appear in IIT JEE in 2012? Can any body tell me that what is format of IIT JEE exam? From which sources can I obtain information about IIT JEE Format?

The format for the IIT JEE is :

Chemistry
Physics
Mathematics

And you can see the syllabus of these subjects on the official website of the IIT and the syllabus if based on the pattern of 10+2.
The dates to register in the IIT is in the Month of December.
The exam held in the month of April.

I want to give the Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination so I want to know about the new format of IIT JEE entrance and tell me all the detail and provide me A page and website also.

You want to know about IIT JEE new format so following it is:

Two Exams – JEE Mains followed by JEE Advance

Time gap between these two exams will be two to three weeks.

JEE Main which is equivalent to AIEEE and will be conduced by CBSE, JAB and JIC will also support in this.

JEE Advance which is equivalent to IIT JEE will be conducted by IITs (JAB and JIC); with the same composition as at present

Only top 1,50,000 students including all categories from JEE Main will be able to appear in JEE Advance

Students who come in top 20 percentile in their board can only give the exams.
