student is intelligent and simple. According to Gandhiji, he should
have the quality of simple living and high thinking. An ideal

and discipline. A student without the sense of discipline is like a
ship without a rudder. It sails adrift and never comes to harbour.
According to Swami Vivekanand, "What our country now wants
are men and women with muscles of iron, nerves of steel: who can
accomplish their purpose though it means going down to the
bottom of the ocean and meeting death to face to face.

internationalization. In the modern age no nation can live in the
isolation. The international events influence a nation's internal and
external policies greatly. The economic and technological
development of the different countries has become interdependent.
Countries depend a great deal on one another for their assistance.
There is a lot of talk of international co-operation in all the fields of
development.
