IIT JEE Entrance Eligibility

I am thinking to appear in IIT JEE Entrance so can you tell me about Eligibility
criteria of this exam?

Indian Institute of Technology conduct IIT JEE Entrance exam for admission in its various engineering programs. From 2013, it was replaced by Joint Entrance Examination, held in two phases. 1st Phase is JEE Main and the second stage of the test is JEE Advanced. You are saying that you want appear in IIT JEE Entrance exam and you want information about its eligibility criteria. So here I am providing information same:

IIT JEE Entrance Eligibility
Minimum eligibility criteria for appear in JEE-Main 2013 is candidate have must clear 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized board or university and for appear in IIT-JEE, students must have either passed the QE for the first time. Students those are appearing in Class XII final examination are also eligible to appear in JEE-Main examination.

The +2 level exam of any recognized Board

Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination taken by a recognized Board/University.

Final Exam of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.

H.S.C. Vocational Examination.

3 or 4-year diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

A pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Exam taken by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.

Number of Attempts

The number of attempts applicants can avail at JEE (Main) limited to 03

Eligibility of IIT JEE Advanced

Applicants must write the JEE Main Exam Paper I and passed with Top 1,50,000 Rank

Applicants must be in the Top 20% of his Board Exams

Applicants can attempt JEE Advanced a maximum of two times and that too, in consecutive years.
