You have 3 year work experience so on the basis of this you can definitely take admission MBA course and for this you have to leave your job. If you want to do job and MBA simultaneously than you can do Executive MBA course and there are many college will give you admission on the basis of Work Experience.

Yes it is better option to do MBA after getting some experience in industry. It can create more chance of success in your life.

The working in industry teaches you the leadership, organization management, change management need for work experience.

You can do this course in two ways

Regular course of 2 year
Part time course of 3 year(distant learning course)
