Click on Recruitment

Click on “List of candidates provisionally allotted for the post of Probationary Officer in JMGS” under section of Recruitment of Probationary Officers 2013 – 2014.

You will get result in pdf file.

Hey , currently as on 11 September 2015 there is not any open vacancy for Dy General Manager post at Syndicate Bank.

Last recruitment process for recruitment on this post was conducted in March 2015.

Detail about the post as per old recruitmnet notice for the post .

Eligibility for the post :
Age Limit:
Minimum 40 years
Maximum 50 years

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have Graduate with a Degree in Law.

Experience:
Minimum 11 years of experience.

Remuneration :
Equivalent to initial Basic Pay + allowances as applicable for the Executives in TEGS – VI in a Nationalised Bank.

Selection Process:
Group discussion
Personnel interview.

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for of all types of Legal matters pertaining to the bank.

Handling matters filed against the Bank.

Attending courts, forums, tribunals, and statutory bodies.

Managing Advocates, having regular reviews & ensuring desired results are obtained.

Maintaining the Legal MIS and updating the same with exact feedback.

Assisting the Advocates in matters filed against the Bank in High Court, Civil Court, DRT and Consumer Forum and follow up for early legal end.

Drafting and vetting of loan documents including Loan Agreement, Deed of Guarantee and Mortgage Deed.

Drafting and vetting of Demand Legal Notices, Loan Recall Notices, Standardized Notices and documents issued to customers
