I am doing B.com from Ranchi University. This year I have taken B.com 2nd year exam now waiting for my result. Has Ranchi University announced B.com 2nd year result or not? If no then, when Ranchi will University publish it?

Hey guys I heard that Ranchi University is looking for set up new institute for foreign studies, is it true? Is if so then can you give me summary report for Ranchi University institute of foreign studies like its courses and basic qualification for admission there?
