Eligibility
You must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.

TNEA 2013 Selection Procedure:

The major criteria for providing admission are:

Community wise Categorization
Percentage of marks in Mathematics and Physics
Percentage of marks in the 4th optional subject,
Date of Birth

TNEA 2013 Application Fees: Rs.500 (Rs.250 for SC/ST candidates)

TNEA 2013 Application fee can be paid via: DD

I want to know the Counseling Procedure of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA so can you tell me?

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA Counseling was held in the month of June 2015 for admission to Engineering courses at the colleges in the State.

The counseling was held in various rounds separately for various candidate categories, including General Counseling and Counseling for Vocational Candidates.

TNEA Counseling Procedure:

Candidates, who have applied for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions, will be called for the Counseling of TNEA

The Merit List will be based on the normalization of the marks secured by the candidates in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in Class XII

Short listed candidates will get Call Letters for counseling with date, time slot and venue by post

The TNEA Counseling Schedule is according to the overall rank/community rank

Candidates must attend the Counseling in person.

TNEA Seat Allotment:

The TNEA Seat allotment will depend on the merit and reservation

Candidates can choose colleges and branches that are available on the day of counseling.

They have to pay the initial counseling deposit of Rs. 5000 (SC/ST Rs. 1000) by cash or by DD in favour of “The Secretary (TNEA), Anna University” payable at Chennai.

Class X Marks Sheet

Marks Sheet of HSC / Equivalent / Diploma

Transfer Certificate

Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST, SC, SCA, MBC&DNC, BC and BCM

Nativity Certificate (if applicable)

H. Sc. / Diploma Hall Ticket

First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (if applicable)
