You want to get PGDCC Entrance Examination hall ticket of IGNOU so you can get it by following procedure:

Click on Student Zone on IGNOU official homepage

On next page click on Result

Click on “Hall Ticket of PGDCC Entrance Examination 2013”

Hall ticket download page will open where have to enter Name, 9 Digit Enrollment Number and then have to click on Submit button.
