Eligibility Criteria-

For B. Tech-

10+2 examination with 45% Marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory Subjects along with any of the following subjects.

Chemistry
Bio-technology
Computer Science

B.Tech Lateral entry (2nd year)-

Diploma in Engineering from State Board of Technical Education Haryana or from any other State Board of Technical Education or from university polytechnics or equivalent Board of Technical Education with 50% aggregate marks in all the six semesters
OR
B.Sc. with mathematics as one of the subject and with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
