Step 1: Submit your application
To apply to NIMT an applicant must submit the online ‘Application Form’. There is one common Application Form for all five campuses – Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Jaipur.
It is to be noted that on the Application Form the candidate must provide educational qualifications, contact details, etc. The applicant is also required to fill the IDs and scores of all the entrance exams he/she has appeared in.
After completing the form, the applicant can make payment by one of two options:
1) Pay directly through credit/debit card: If the payment goes through and ‘Application Number’ is generated, the application is considered submitted. Applicants will receive a confirmation email within the next 24 hours.
2) Pay by cash at home: If you choose this option, we will collect your application fee at your doorstep. This service is availabe in select regions only.
3) NEFT/RTGS transfer Or Cash deposit to NIMT account: You may pay your application fee by NEFT/RTGS transfer or deposit cash to NIMT account. You will be required to email your application number alogwith transaction id/scanned copy of deposit slip to admissions@nimtgroup.edu.in
4) Pay through demand draft: Indian applicants must make a demand draft payable to “NIMT” at Ghaziabad/Delhi for the amount of Rs 750. International applicants must make a demand draft payable to “NIMT” at Ghaziabad/Delhi for the amount of 15 USD. On the ‘Application Form’, applicants must provide the demand draft number, name of bank, date, location of bank and amount. Applicants must affix their passport-size self-attested photo in the application and send the demand draft along with it. Once the demand draft and application form are received by NIMT, Applicants will receive a confirmation email within the next 24 hours.
Applicants are advised to have their demand draft details ready before filling the form.
Step 2: Personal Interview and GD
Applicants will be short-listed for interviews on the basis of test scores, eligibility fulfilment and seats available. Applicants will be called for an interview only once.
Step 3: Admission decision
Admission decisions will be made after interviews .Admission offers will be made to the selected applicants.
Step 4: Information to New candidates and course start
All the newly admitted students will be provided information on fees, schedule, accommodation, and other essential things.
