I want admission in free online courses offered by Stanford University so want to know when the university will start admission process for its spring courses 2012 and also want to know do I need to pay for the course or its totally free. Stanford Engineering Everywhere (SEE) Stanford Engineering Everywhere (SEE)is an online portal offering ten courses from Stanford’s School of Engineering— including the three-course introductory sequence in Computer Science— free of charge. SEE is free and does not require any registration and does not have any admission process. Stanford is offering some of its most popular engineering classes free of charge to students and educators around the world. Stanford Engineering Everywhere (SEE) expands the Stanford experience to students and educators online. You need to have only one computer and an internet connection. You can view lecture videos, access reading lists and other course handouts, take quizzes and tests, and communicate with other SEE students, all at your convenience and that too free of any cost. SEE free online programming includes most popular sequences of Stanford: the three-course Introduction to Computer Science taken by the majority of Stanford’s undergraduates and seven more advanced courses in artificial intelligence and electrical engineering. Stanford Engineering Everywhere offers: • Anytime and anywhere access to complete lecture videos via streaming or downloaded media. • Full course materials including syllabi, handouts, homework, and exams. • Online social networking with fellow SEE students. • Support for PCs, Macs and mobile computing devices. Stanford Engineering course materials may used by educators in their own classrooms. A Creative Commons license allows for free and open use, reuse, adaptation and redistribution of Stanford Engineering Everywhere material. SEE courses cannot be taken for credit and do not include access to Stanford-restricted computers, libraries, or services. Content may not include all the material used in the campus offering and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Last edited by Udai Kant; December 9th, 2019 at 12:50 PM. |
