CET Maharashtra Exam Date

Sir, I am looking here for the Maharashtra CET Exam Date of 2013. Please provide me the correct information.

Government of Maharashtra shall conduct a single Combined “Common Entrance Test” MHT CET 2013 for all Engineering / Technology for the academic year ( 2013 – 2014 ).

Here I am providing you the CET Maharashtra Exam Date and detail of 2013.

MHT CET 2013 Dates:-

MHT CET 2013 will be held on 16 May 2013. Sale of Application Kit with Information Brochure and Submission of Print out of Online Application Form:- At respective Junior College / high school and At Notified colleges:- From 18/03/2013 to 07/04/2013

Application Fee:- Rs. 700/- for Open Category candidates and Rs. 500/- for Backward Class Category candidates of Maharashtra State.

MHT CET 2013 Eligibility Criteria:-

A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with atleast 50% aggregate marks in PCM. There is 5% relaxation for Maharashtra backward classes. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examinations in 2011 can also apply.

MHT CET 2013 Paper Pattern:-

The exam is divided into 3 papers. Each paper is of 100 marks and the duration for the papers is one and half hour.

Paper I- Physics & Chemistry (50 Marks each )

Paper II- Biology (Botany & Zoology - 50 Marks each )

Paper III- Mathematics (100 Marks)

All the questions will be objective type with 4 options each. Marks will be given each correct answer. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is popularly known as MHT CET. This is an entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) for the selection of undergraduate medical degree courses in all Gov/ Municipal Corporation, Gov. aided Health science institutions and private medical health science colleges/institutions for academic year.

MHT CET 2015 Exam Dates

Start of Online Registration will be on First week of March 2015

Last of Online Registration will be on Last week of March 2015

Payment of MH CET application fee will be on First week of March to last week of March 2015

Issue of MH CET admit cards will be on Last week of April 2015 and first week of May 2015

MH CET 2015 exam dates will be on First or Second week of May 2015

Online display of Question paper booklets will be on Second or third week of May 2015

Display of Answer Key will be on Last week of May 2015

MHT CET 2015 Result declaration will be on Second week of June 2015


MHT CET Eligibility

The candidate must have passed the SSC or equivalent examination from an institution situated in the State of Maharashtra.

MHT CET Paper Pattern

MHT CET 2015 is a multiple choice objective type test.

The duration given for completing paper will be 3 Hours. Total no. of questions to be answered is 200.

There shall be negative marking for wrong answers this year

The medium for examination shall be English or Marathi or Urdu.
