Tamilnadu agricultural university admission

I have completed 12th class with 70% and now want to do UG in agricultural from Tamilnadu agricultural university so please tell me when the university will start admission procedure for its UG courses in 2012? Does the university organize any entrance test for admission its UG courses?

I am a graduate. Now I want to join PG program from tamilnadu agricultural university .
