As per your request here I am sharing the Syllabus for Deputy Educational Officer examination which is released by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission PART: A General Studies Optional Subjects (2) Optional – I Optional – II PART: B Interview (Oral Test) You have to choose two optional subjects not more than one from the following three (3) divisions Division-I Telugu Literature English Literature Hindi Literature Urdu Literature Mathematics Statistics Zoology Economics Division-II Chemistry Geology Philosophy History Botany Anthropology Division-III Public Administration Political Science Commerce Physics Geography Psychology SYLLABUS GENERAL STUDIES I. SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY: (a) General Science and Technology (b) Role and impact of Science and Technology on India’s development. (Questions will cover general appreciation and understanding of matters of everyday observation and experience as may be expected of a well-educated person who has not made a special study of Science and Technology disciplines.) II. INDIAN HISTORY AND CULTURE: (a) Modern Indian History from 19th century to the present. (b) Nationalist Movement and Constitutional development.
