Amount chargeable for each transcript is Rs. 40.00. The Challan (Issued at any SBI)/DD for the total amount should be made ready.

Duly filled in “Transcripts Application Form” forwarded by the Principal, if the candidate is studying should be submitted at the student service counter at the Examination Branch along with the Challan (Issued at any SBI)/DD.

In the case of the candidates who completed their course, can submit directly their filled-in application at the student service counter at the Examination Branch along with the Challan (Issued at any SBI)/DD.

If the candidate who passed their degrees prior to 1999 have to apply for manual transcripts, for which the candidate should submit the filled-in application form along with the required number of photo-copies (Xerox copies) of the documents, duly attested by the Principal, with stamp of the College/Institution, where the student has completed the course, along with the Challan (Issued at any SBI)/DD.
