Pharmacy Entrance Exams India

I am going to give test of Pharmacy Entrance. Please provide me some information about this test.

Pharmacology is that branch of medicine that deals with the study of drug action.

Pharmacologists in various areas:-

Pharmaceutical research and development

Production and manufacturing

Analysis and testing, marketing

Hospital pharmacy

Community pharmacy etc.

Qualifying Exams:-

This is test conducted by each state to admission in Engineering and Medical colleges.
This test is also taken by those interested in careers in dentistry and pharmacology.

EAMCET – This test is conducted by the Andhra University

Poona College of Pharmacy B Pharm Entrance Exam – This test is conducted by the Poona college of Pharmacy which is affiliated to the Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University.

AIMS Medical Entrance- This test is conducted by Amrita Institute of Medical Science.

Eligiblity:-

Must have passed in 12th In physics, chemistry and biology.
They must have at least 50% in the 12th STD

Preparation for exam and interview

The test consists of questions in PCB based on syllabus of 12th class.

Books are available in the market of Pharma.

Selection is based on basis of merit in the CET exam.
You can do self-study or can join coaching.
