hi, im ramya, i have completed my m.sc. in Microbiology in 2011.. i want to do ms in clinical research.... can anyone let me know wat is career in clinical research in india....... am i eligible for doing ms......... and will be the pattern of entrance exam in icri and wat will be the fee structure.......... with regards, Ramya.Ch. MS in Clinical Research: Eligibility: A postgraduate or graduate in Bioscience/Life Sciences (with any of the following subjects:Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotech) with at least 50% marks in aggregate/A postgraduate or graduate with Chemistry as a subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate/A postgraduate or graduate in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or medicine/A graduate or equivalent degree/diploma in Nursing. Selection: On the basis of the following: Written examination Personal interview Screening and selection of students based on merit Career: -There is high demand for trained professionals in this field; the pay package is impressive at the entry level. -Freshers can expect a pay packet of around three lakhs or more per annum. -If you have a master's degree backing your qualifications, then the amount is almost doubles. -Clinical research is an industry where experience counts, thus the longer you are in this field; higher the salary you can expect. |
