Eligibility for Admission

1. Admission in F.Y.B.A –
Passed std 12 or Equivalent exam attach with application form mark sheet of std 12 and school leaving certificate in original and two verified photo Xerox copies.

* For S.Y.B.A & T.Y.B.A –
Attach all mark sheets of previous years.

* Fill new admission form every year.

* Admission is cancelled if wrong information is given in the application form and paid fees will not be given back.

2. Information of fees is exhibit on the notice board.

3. Students of F.Y.B.A should produce enrollment form, photo, Xerox copy of std. 12 mark sheet and two stamp size recent colour photographs with the application from.

4. Transfer & Eligibility certificate:-

* Those coming from other college of Hemchndrachrya North Gujarat University, Patan need to bring no objection certificate (NOC) and a Transfer certificate (T.C) from their college.

* Those coming from other university must bring eligibility certificate from Hemchandra North Gujarat University, Patan during the first terms only. One need to produce provisional eligibility certificate with the application forms. Producing eligibility certificate is the student’s responsibility otherwise the admission student cancelled.
