Has NIT Raipur any placement cell? How is the record of NIT Raipur? How many students have been placed in reputed companies in 2010 and 2011?

Sir I want to take admission in the Niit Raipur please give me the information about Nit placement? My career is secure in the Nit or not? How many placement it give to its student? Please provide me the full information about Nit Raipur Campus placement?

I have done PHD in Computer Science and I want to apply for the post of professor at NIT Raipur can I apply? When the institute will issue faculty recruitment notification in 2012 and what will be the procedure of recruitment at the institute?

NIT Raipur is preparing students for training. The main aim of the placement cell of NIT Raipur is to give the placement to every student.And there are some rules or policy regarding to the placement :
1. The institute gives placements to every student as well as possible.
2. If any person got placed in any PSU or then there is no placement for him
3. After the placement if the candidate does not joins then without any information then he has to deposite the fine according to the rules. For your help I am uploading the placement form:

And yes the Recruitment Notifications has been published on the website. The interview regarding to Recruitment notification has been started on 19-12-2011 for the following disciplines:
1. Architecture Engg.
2. Chemical Engg.
3. Chemistry
4. Civil Engg.
5. Computer Science Engg.
6. Electrical Engg.
7. Mechanical Engg.
8. Metalluarrgy Engg.
9. Mining
10. Physics
And there are different salary packages for different qualification. The salary package for PhD is 25000 /- PM .For applying candidate must have the master degree in the appropriate branch.
