Shree Padmavathi Mahila Hindu College of Education was established in 1977 by Sri Daitha Madhusudhana Shastry, Advocate by profession, a great administrator & visionary and it was inaugurated by Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs Honorable Sri M.V.Krishna Rao.
