Mission :
To Supply food grains and other essential commodities and services to the consumer in a transparent manner under the PDS and other Government schemes to meet its consumer needs, comply with regulatory requirements and achieve maximum consumer satisfaction through continuous improvement of its processes and systems.
Akshara Dasoha Scheme
It’s a mid-day meal scheme to serve cooked food to the students up to 5th standard in seven districts Bijapur, Bidar, Bagalkote, Bellary, Gulbaraga, Raichur And Koppal.
It was introduced by Education Department of Government of Karnataka.
The Govt. of Karnataka has introduced Double Fortified Salt to the School children under this scheme.
