Job Description
-You must have minimum 9-12yrs of experience in Managing HR Activities
-You have to maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions and also have to maintains organization staff by recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
- Applicant has to conduct and analyze exit interviews
- Must have good and smooth communication skills with the rest of the company employees including other managers in the company;
- You will be responsible for keeping past and current records and following up on work results;
- You are required to prepare annual training activities and maintain human resource employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training the right employees for the job
