Upto Rs 75 lakhs > Rs 75 lakhs
9.95% (Base Rate) 10.20% (Base rate +0.25%)

Home Loan -Fixed Rate of Interest (For residents only)-Interest Rate w.e.f 08.06.2015
Upto Rs 75 lakhs > Rs 75 lakhs
10.95% (Base Rate+1%) 11.20% (Base rate +1.25%)

Plot Loan(both Resident & NRI)- Variable rate
1% above the applicable Home Loan (variable) interest rates based on the amount of loan

IB Home Improve- Variable rate
Interest Rate
(BR+Spread+TP) 9.95+1.25+0.50=11.70%

IB Home Loan Plus
Interest Rate
(BR+Spread+TP) 9.95+0.50+1.50=11.95%

Educational loan is given on the following:
Diploma/Graduation/Post-graduation courses in various disciplines.
Computer certificate courses of reputed institutes accredited to The Department of Electronics.
To fill educational loan online form firstly go to the official website of INDIAN Bank. In the upper section you find keyword products. Here a new page is opened.
Now you have to click on educational loans here a new page will appear. Now you have to click on Apply Online for Educational Loan.
