Procedure for Obtaining IDBI Home Loan Statement Online:

Visit the IDBI Loan Statement/ Certificate page

Fill in the relevant details to download the concerned home loan certificate/statement.


The required details that need to be provided include:

Customer ID: Fill in customer ID associated with the home loan account.

Loan Account Number: Feed the loan account number which was offered by IDBI Bank right after the approval of the loan.

PAN Number: Enter Permanent Account Number or PAN.

Date of Birth: Enter date of birth in the exact format, that is, DD-MM-YYYY.


Procedure for updation of Personal details for access to Home Loan Statement or Certificate:

Visit the IDBI Loan Statement/ Certificate page

Click the Download link at the bottom of the screen

Open the PDF Document that be downloaded automatically

Print out the updation form and enter the following details in capital letters only:
Your last name
Your first name
Your maiden name
Your Customer ID
Your Home Loan Account Number
Your Date of Birth in (DD/MM/YYYY) format
Your Email ID
Your Telephone Number
Your Mobile Number
Your PAN Number

Sign the form and enter the current date

Submit the form to the nearest Retail Asset Centre in order to update the relevant details in the banks records

In case of updation regarding date of birth or PAN number, one needs to provide the following documents for verification:
A copy of PAN Card
Proof of date of birth, which will be required to be self-attested
