Process of Management: Functions of Management: Planning-Process and Techniques, Organizing- Process and Organizational Structure, Directing-Principles and Process, Controlling-Process and Techniques, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
(14 Hours)
Unit III
Fundamentals of Organizational Behaviour: Introduction and Meaning, Models of OB, Emergence of OB as a Discipline, OB Trends, Organizational Culture and Climate, Leadership Theories and Styles, Motivation-Theories and Practices, Managerial Communication, Organizational Change and Development.

Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies is the part of the Tecnia Group of Institutions, India's Premier Management and Information Technology education Institution that are established by Health & Education Society, Delhi.

This Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India and is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) of UGC Act since, 1998.

Institute Offers MBA Full Time & Part Time and MCA Full Time programme to the students.

Here are the details of the admission to the institute -

2 Years

Eligibility to take the admissions –

Any recognized Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate can apply to the institute.
OR
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology or any other subject with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate can also apply to the course.
OR
Those who have Passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India can also apply to the courses at the institute.

MCA
Full Time
3 Years

to get the admission to the courses the candidate must have the Bachelor's Degree of a recognized University in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed Mathematics and English (core or elective or functional) at least at the Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the CBSE or any other Examination recognized as equivalent thereto.
OR
BCA/BIT/BIS candidates of a recognized University of at least three years duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto can apply to the course.
OR
Candidate having the Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply to the courses at the institute .
