The MBA (Travel & Tourism) Program offered by Kerala Institute of Tourism and Travel Studies (KITTS), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram equip the students with management skills and professionalism to suit the requirements of tourism industry and the service sector.


It consists of 4 semesters of 6 months each, spread across 2 years. It integrates an academic knowledge of management studies with its applications in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. One interested can specialise in Travel and Tour operations, Hospitality or Systems.


Add on international certificates in German & French and hands on experience in organizing international events are the specialities of the programme. It is affiliated to University of Kerala and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)


Admission Requirements

One must have completed a valid and recognized Graduate degree program in any discipline and should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

One appearing for the final year examination can also apply.

One should be of amicable nature and should be willing to travel, meet people and work in a service and customer-oriented industry.

One should possess good communication and presentation skills and excellent command of English language.


Admission Procedure

Admission is based on KMAT/CMAT score, group discussion and personal interview.
