To apply for M.Phil Entrance Exam from where can I get CCS University application form?

Chaudhary Charan Singh University offer M.Phil course and for admission in this course university conduct entrance exam. Following is eligibility to apply for exam:

Applicant must have Master's Degree with 55 percent or more marks in relevant subject
and
should have passed both Bachelor's Degree and Intermediate examination separately with at least 50 percent marks.
or
Passed Bachelor's Degree and Intermediate examination with second division separately.


Application Fee for Regular & Self-Finance Programmes
For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates as defined by the State Govt. Rs. 350.00
For candidates belonging to other categories (General & OBC) Rs. 500.00

Application Form: Application Form and Information Brochure can only be downloaded from official site of University. Eligible candidates may fill up separate application. Generally application form start to fill from 3rd Week of May to first week of June.
