Special Class Railway Apprentice exam is conducted by UPSC for 4 years apprentice in Indian railway. Every Year near about 100000 students are appeared in SCRA Exam.

Eligibility: Candidates age minimum 17 years and not more than 21 years

Candidate should have passed 10+2 class with first or second division in mathematics, physics or chemistry.

You want to know syllabus and dates of UPSC SCRA exam so unfortunately this exam is already over in month of January. Following is exam dates:

Date of Notification: 13 Oct 2012
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 12 Nov 2012
Date/Day of Commencement of SCRA 2013 Exam: 20th Jan 2013

Subjects: General Ability Test (English, General Knowledge and Psychological Test)
Code No. 01
Duration: 2 hours
Maximum Marks: 200

Paper II
Subjects: Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry)
Code No. 02
Duration: 2 hours
Maximum Marks: 200

Paper III
Subjects: Mathematics
Code No. 03
Duration: 2 hours
Maximum Marks: 200
