I want to apply for the post of probationary officers at Mazagon Dock Limited so I want to know about its mode of selection of probationary officers? What is the pay scale of probationary officers at the company?

Pay Scale: Rs 16,400 – 40,500 /-

Selection:
Written Exam :
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an objective type written test including a psychometric test .

Interview :
Candidates who have secured the Minimum qualifying marks stipulated for Written Tests and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for a Personal interview.

Final selection:
Final selection will be on the basis of written exam and interview.
