I want to do MBBS and for this decided to apply for AFMC Entrance Exam searching for details. Will you provide Entrance exam important dates also tell AFMC MBBS Entrance Exam pattern?

AFMC will not conduct any separate entrance examination for providing admission in MBBS.

Admission will be offered based on NEET Scores.

AFMC MBBS admission will be conducted for providing admission in Armed Force Medical College, Pune.

Entrance exam important dates:

Application form begins 2nd week of May
Application form ends Last week of May
Publication of merit list 2nd week of July
Screening procedure 2nd week of July
Final shortlisted candidates list 3rd week of July
Screening of shortlisted, waitlist Last week of July
Reporting 1st week of August
Admission begins In the month of August

Exam pattern:

The entrance test for admission is of two hours duration of a single paper comprising of five parts.

The subjects covered are Biology (50 marks), Physics (50marks), Chemistry (50 marks), Intelligence Logic and Reasoning (25marks), English Language and Comprehension (25 marks).

The total number of questions will be 200; each question carries 1 mark for a correct answer and 0.25 marks negative for a wrong (incorrect) answer.

The calculator is not allowed in the examination hall.

Structure of Paper:

50 questions for Biology (Botany and Zoology)
Number of 50 questions for Physics
50 questions for Chemistry
25 questions for Reasoning, Logic, and Intelligence
25 questions for Comprehension and English language
